Return Policy
Since our company provides custom software solutions, the nature of the work is highly personalized and project-specific. Therefore, returns are not applicable once the project has commenced and deliverables are under development or have been delivered.
Refund Policy
As a service-based business, once a payment is made and project execution begins, no refund will be entertained. Each project involves resource planning, time allocation, and development efforts that are non-recoverable.
However, if a project is cancelled before work has commenced, a partial refund may be considered based on the stage of planning and administrative effort involved, at the sole discretion of Fragment Innovations Private Limited.
Cancellation Policy
Orders (i.e., project bookings or service requests) can only be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation and before design/development work has started.
Once project work has begun—such as requirement gathering, design, development, or any related task—no cancellations will be accepted.
If a cancellation request is approved during the eligible period, processing fees may be deducted based on the effort invested up to that point.

The standard delivery timeline is approximately 4 weeks, which may vary depending on the project’s complexity and required features.
Timelines are clearly communicated during project onboarding and adjusted if scope changes or unforeseen dependencies arise.
All deliverables are provided through secure digital channels—such as email, cloud drives, private servers, or project collaboration tools.
As no physical goods are shipped, there are no courier-related delays. In case of unavoidable technical issues, clients will be promptly informed of any adjustments in timelines.
